Dr. Gök has been performing hernia surgeries in Istanbul since 2000, specializing in open, laparoscopic (keyhole), and robotic surgery techniques.

Dr. Gök holds memberships in several reputable professional organizations, including the European Hernia Society, where he serves as a Board Member. He is also a member of the British Hernia Society, showcasing his international involvement in the field. Within his home country, Dr. Gök is a founding member and Treasurer as a Board Member of the Turkish Hernia Society. Additionally, he holds the position of General Secretary of the Hernia School, further highlighting his commitment to education and professional development in the field of hernia surgery.
